Wild Mushroom and Bacon Gnocchi
Serves 2 (double ingredients for a family of 4)

Ingredients
½ a Jar Homepride Creamy Mushroom Sauce
250g mixed wild mushrooms
80g diced pancetta or bacon
300 gnocchi
1 tbsp mascarpone or soft cheese
100g garden peas (optional)
Fresh flat leaf parsley and parmesan or hard cheese for grating over the top (optional)
Method
- Fry the pancetta or bacon until golden brown, add the wild mushrooms and fry until cooked.
- Pour onto a plate. Heat up the same pan and add a spoonful of butter to melt.
- Add the gnocchi and fry until golden brown.
- Add the mushroom mix back to the pan.
- Add the Homepride Creamy Mushroom Sauce, mascarpone and peas (optional) and cook until the sauce is piping hot (approx. 3-4 minutes).
Serve and top with chopped parsley and grated parmesan (optional).
