Ingredients
Homepride Spanish Chicken Sauce
800g maris piper potatoes
Aioli or garlic mayonnaise
Parsley to garnish
Method
- Peel and slice or dice the potatoes.
- Partly cook the potatoes in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain.
- Heat the Homepride Spanish Chicken Sauce in a pan.
- Fry the potatoes until cooked and crispy. Alternatively, the diced potatoes can be roasted in the oven or air fryer.
- Add the cooked potatoes to the sauce, stir and serve into a dish.
To finish, drizzle with the aioli and sprinkle with the parsley.
