Patatas Bravas

Serves 4 as a side 

Ingredients

Homepride Spanish Chicken Sauce 
800g maris piper potatoes
Aioli or garlic mayonnaise 
Parsley to garnish 

Method

  1. Peel and slice or dice the potatoes. 
  2. Partly cook the potatoes in salted water for 8-10 minutes. Drain. 
  3. Heat the Homepride Spanish Chicken Sauce in a pan. 
  4. Fry the potatoes until cooked and crispy. Alternatively, the diced potatoes can be roasted in the oven or air fryer. 
  5. Add the cooked potatoes to the sauce, stir and serve into a dish. 

 

To finish, drizzle with the aioli and sprinkle with the parsley.
