Chicken & Prawn Paella

Ingredients
½ a jar Homepride Spanish Chicken Sauce
180g king prawns
200g boneless chicken thighs (diced)
1 red pepper (diced)
100g frozen peas
800ml boiling water (try using chicken stock for extra flavour)
200g paella rice
100g diced chorizo
Method
- In a large frying pan, fry off the pepper and chicken in oil until browned.
- Add the chorizo a cook for 1 minute to release the oils and then add the rice, stir to coat in all the oils and flavours of the pan.
- Add the water (or stock) and Homepride Spanish Chicken Sauce, allow to boil.
- Lower to a simmer and cook for 25-30 minutes until the ¾ of the liquid has been absorbed,
- Add king prawns and peas. Stir in, cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce has been absorbed and prawns are cooked.
