Chicken and Mushroom Pie

Ingredients
1 Jar Homepride Creamy Mushroom Sauce
300g raw diced chicken (breast or thigh)
1 leek (sliced)
200g mushrooms (sliced)
1 sheet of all butter ready-made puff pastry
Egg or milk for glazing the pastry
Method
- Add a spoonful of oil to a frying pan and fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Add the sliced leeks and mushrooms and cook on a high heat for 5 minutes.
- Take off the heat and add the Homepride Creamy Mushroom sauce.
- Pour into a pie or casserole dish.
- Top with the puff pastry, egg/milk wash and bake for 30 minutes or until the pastry and golden brown.
Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with chips, mash potato, mushy peas or vegetables of your choice.
